Manto de Novia

The waters of the Río Chinchín form the Manto de la Novia Ecuador, this name was adopted because the waters that fall from the waterfall have such whiteness that they resemble the bride's mantle.

Additionally there is a path which contains an interesting history, since they say that in antiquity the smugglers of cane liquor that was produced in Puyo, used this road to flee from the estancos guards with whom there were terrible confrontations.
